Get ready for a cosmic adventure with visitors from a DISCtant world!

The Derelict League in collaboration with KPLeagues invite you to our Second Annual MVP Space Dubs Space Race event! Join us for a modified 26-hole layout at First Calvary Baptist in Inver Grove Heights. All holes have been shortened to offer exciting Ace-able shot shapes.

Event Details:

  • Planet: EARTH – First Calvary Baptist – Inver Grove Heights, MN
  • Star Date: October 4th, 2024 – 7:00PM Shotgun Start
  • Registration Cut-Off: September 19th – We cannot register any more players after this date
  • Doubles Partners: Assigned randomly.
  • Player Packs: All entries include an MVP Space Race player pack containing 2 glow discs. Details Below!
  • Disc Requirement: You must use only the discs provided in your player pack.
  • Night Event: Bring UV flashlights or other means to charge your glow discs. Charge your glow discs before each throw. Avoid delays by ensuring your disc is charged. How many times can we say keep your discs charged in a single paragraph?… Keep your Discs Charged! That many.
  • Course Atmosphere: Enjoy an intergalactic experience with a lit island hole, a Sarlacc pit hole (reverse island hole), and there may even be some extraterrestrial spectators.
  • Prizes: Trophies for first place partners! However, the main focus is on having fun!
  • Cancellation: Terrible idea, however because we pre-order these discs for the number of players attending, we cannot offer refunds. You may however allow someone to take over your registration.
  • Can I just buy the Discs: No. If you are signed up, you are signing up to participate.

Note: Registration for the MVP Space Race Event is higher than a typical Derelict Event due to the event’s unique structure. MVP requires a minimum purchase of discs, meaning we’ll need to pay out-of-pocket for any shortfall. However, if we meet their minimums for a tier, the extra funds will be allocated towards Derelict League 2025 CTP Prizes and potentially a donation to the course owners for their support in allowing us to light it up all year.

Registration will initially be open to Derelict League members. We will open towards the end of the registration window for the public. Please note: This is not a last-minute signup event. CUT OFF SEPTEMBER 19th!

The Derelict League reserves the right to refuse participation in any of its events for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Harassment: Any form of harassment, including but not limited to, verbal, physical, or online harassment, directed at any player, volunteer, or staff member.
  • Conduct: Unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to, cheating, damaging property, or disrupting the event.
  • Other Circumstances: Any other circumstances that, in the sole discretion of The Derelict League, may jeopardize the safety, enjoyment, or fairness of the event.
