Fill out the form below to claim your spot and bring a chilling “Hole of Horror” to life on the course. Sponsors get to transform a hole with decorations, themes, and spooky surprises for players to face.

Legacy Sponsors
If you’ve sponsored before, you get first pick of your haunted fairway.

New Sponsors
Remaining holes will be assigned once legacy sponsors have chosen.

Get Spooky
Go wild with decorations—just remember the course has to be back to normal by morning. No permanent changes allowed.

About Hole Sponsorship

You can sponsor solo, as a crew, or even take on multiple holes if available.

Legacy sponsors get priority choice, but the only way to become one is to jump in now.

Sponsors are expected to arrive early to decorate and stick around to tear down after the event (around 10:30pm). Groups make this easier and more fun.

Creativity is encouraged! Some bring a full theme, others raid the garage for Halloween oddities. Big or small, your effort is what makes Haunted Hyzers unforgettable.

A Few Spooky Guidelines

• No permanent course alterations.
• Don’t block fairway lines.
• Avoid shining lights in players’ eyes.
• Keep décor free of trip/slip hazards.

Sponsors provide their own decorations, but extra items are often available to borrow. Basket lights will be provided, and accent lighting is usually on hand if needed.
